Attention Space Ltd was set up in 2004 as a coaching company focused on helping clients to identify what changes they need to make, and then to make those changes.

Attention and Space are the essential ingredients you must have to make any deliberate change in any part of your life – work, hobbies, relationships, health or well-being.

Attention is your mind’s spotlight. It’s what you to focus your senses and your thinking on.

Space is what you need when you focus your attention – mental space, emotional space, diary space. And it’s what you get more of by focussing your attention.

About Embodiment and Embodied Working

Embodiment is about understanding that we are not a head on a sort of flesh-and-blood mobility unit.  The body is not a brain taxi. We do not have a body. We are a body.

Yet in a lot of change work – training, coaching, counselling etc. – the body it treated as an inevitable add-on to the brain. Like a pet dog that’s inevitably present and occasionally needs food, drink and a wee to keep it quiet.

Embodied Working recognises that change involves action and action involves the body. Embodied Working involves working in, with and through the body.

For over 40 years I have been seeking out the most effective body-based approaches to address the challenges that matter to people in work and life – overcoming mental limitations, improving performance and enhancing well-being.

I am a certified NLP coach, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) trainer and Embodiment Facilitator with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.
